Returns & Refunds Policy​

  • If the seal on your product has been broken or the bag is torn, & the contents have perished, you may return for a full refund or exchange
  • All returns must be notified by email within 3 business days of delivery
  • Returns will be collected & replaced, after inspection, by Petfare within 7 days
  • Refunds may take 3 to 5 days to appear on your credit card statement
  • Treats and/or products cannot be returned due to a change of mind

Dear Customers

The Petfare team has moved:

We are now located at 1/20 Berriman Drive, Wangara. Warehouse hours will be 9am-4.30pm Monday/Wednesday/Friday.

We have also increased our range of delivery to included raw meats and cooked rolls on top of our usual biscuits.
